- Wire your funds to closing
- Closing day and get your keys!

Pre-listing
- Meet at home, review comps and discuss pricing
- Do any necessary repairs / painting / landscaping
- Stage home professionally or with your things
- Have a professional floor plan and photos done

Active listing
- Sign listing documents and activate listing in MLS
- Start showing home to interested buyers and Open Houses
- Receive Realtor feedback and adjust pricing if necessary

Under contract and Closing
- Receive one or more offers
- Negotiate a contract both buyers and sellers agree upon
- Buyer’s due diligence period and repair requests
- Appraisal and final loan approval
- Closing and get your money!
