Arcadia

Arcadia

The Arcadia neighborhood feels like home, whether you are from Arizona, California, Wisconsin or Connecticut. But this is Central Phoenix at its best and the residents here have stunning sunsets and backyard views of legendary Camelback Mountain. The green grass lawns, manicured landscapes, welcoming porches and young entrepreneur-run lemonade stands lean toward the idyllic, and that’s a very good thing. Located from 44th Street east to Scottsdale, and between Indian School and Camelback Roads, the Arcadia area was originally home to expansive orange groves. Residences were solidly built in the 1950’s and now include everything from $1,000,000 modest ranch homes to impressive multi-million dollar estates. Families in particular flock to Arcadia for the excellent schools, amiable neighbors and proximity to many of our City’s most popular shopping and dining establishments. There is no doubt why Arcadia is one of Phoenix’s favorite and most desirable residential areas.
