Bounded by 7th Ave. and 15th Ave., along Mackenzie, Heatherbrae and Glenrosa

This neighborhood showcases the Transitional Early Ranch Style. There are more than 175 homes, including some in the Tudor Style. Development in this area occurred between 1929 and 1945, with the majority of the construction after 1940 and primarily transitional ranch style homes. The area now abuts the popular Melrose 7th Avenue district with eclectic shops and restaurants.
