Bounded by 8th St and Dayton St, Virginia to Thomas

Country Club Park Historic District, is considered part of the Greater Coronado Neighborhood Association, sides to North High School which was built in the late 1930s. The homes were also built in the late 1930s and early 40s and are mostly transitional ranch style homes. These moderately priced homes are conveniently located in a central location across from the Phoenix Country Club and in between Phoenix Children’s Hospital and St Joseph’s Hospital.
